Springwater Broadband has elected to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to help eligible members receive financial relief for essential broadband services.
Benefits
- This new benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month on broadband services or up to $75 per month on broadband services for households living on Tribal lands
- A 1-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet purchased through a participating provider
- Only 1 monthly service discount and 1 device discount is allowed per household
How to Apply
- Find out if you qualify and how to participate by visiting the Federal Communications Commission website
- Interested households must establish their eligibility using the National Verifier
- Please visit the Affordable Connectivity Program website from any computer or mobile device to complete the electronic application
Eligibility
A household is eligible if one member of the household:
- Qualifies for the federal Lifeline program, including those who receive benefits from:
- Medicaid
- SNAP
- SSI
- FPHA
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
- Receives Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) benefits
- The household has a total income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
